The resort built in 2.49 acres is situated close to the beach, and was built almost ten years back by the Department of Tourism with a view to enhance the tourism potentials of the region. Now its been taken over by The Renaissance Cochin, The flagship property of Polakkulathu Group of hotels. This one of the few resorts in Kerala that enjoys such good proximity of the sea. Set amidst pleasant surroundings, the resort is an ideal place where one can combine relaxation with rejuvenating Ayurveda therapies.
